We found a nest dug into the ground in our backyard on Monday
It took us a day to figure out what they were, and another day to determine if the Mother was still tending to them
After concluding that they had been abandoned, we took all 7 of them to a local wildlife rehabilitation center.
The kids were less than interested when they learned that I had taken them away - Tyler was more interested on Monday when he thought it was a chinchilla.
