Tyler lost his first tooth!

Tyler came home Friday and announced that in a moment of boredom at school, he noticed that he had a "wiggly tooth" (his first loose tooth - a bottom one).
He played with it all weekend and used it as yet another excuse not to eat. As he gave it one last tug before getting dressed for school Tuesday morning, the tooth fell out right into his hand.




He was very proud of his "hole" this morning, but a little disappointed that he could not whistle through it.

Here he is showing off his tooth before we tuck it under the pillow tonight for the tooth fairy.

At the bus stop, practicing his exaggerated smile that shows off his missing bottom tooth so that he can show off at school.

I hope that he isn't too disappointed again in the morning with a couple of dollars - he has already hinted that the tooth fairy should leave him some new Star Wars toys. Can you say one-track mind?
