Realm of the Tiger, Baton Rouge Zoo
The kids and I took a ride to the local Baton Rouge zoo today to check out the new tiger exhibit: The Realm of the Tiger. This is the first time that there have actually been tigers in the Baton Rouge zoo since our move here 2 years ago. It was a cool exhibit with huge glass walls that allowed the kids to stand eye to eye with the tigers. This tiger pictured wasn't used to all of the visitors in his home - here he is trying to paw at Alli through the glass wall (seconds prior to this picture he was up on his two hind feet pawing at her with both front paws) - INTERESTING!!
