Our 8 year old Monster...

The theme of Alli's day was Monster High.... a. lot.  of Monster High!

Alli and Zoe handled the decorations...

They were thorough decorators, even making sure that the photo-op backdrop worked.

Our EIGHT year old on her big day (after her 5K debut).

Family party at the house that afternoon, with birthday singing

and candle blowing.

Presents galore from grandparents, friends, aunts and uncles... (THANK YOU, everyone)

 

THEN, the girls arrive for our 1st (small) slumber party...

 

There is makeup and Monster High dressup.

 karaoke singing, and monster high duct tape crafts,

 

monster popcorn in front of a Monster High movie...

 

and of course, blue jello brains to finish off the night!

Halloween decorations emerged from the attic as soon as the party guests left the driveway, so be on the lookout for photos of Jay's BoogyMan creations this month.
