Baseball Begins

Little league baseball season has officially begun in Georgia. Our Little Leaguers happen to be the oldest and the youngest on the same team this year (which works really well for our weekend schedule).

Here is Tyler warming up with some pitch and catch with Dad.




And Alli, side by side with her brother, in the same warm-up exercises.

And Alli at bat - notice how the pink baseball glove and bat allows us to tell our players apart.

Ready in the field - Alli at 3rd base and Tyler in outfield (kinda).

Next inning, they put Alli on 2nd base. Here she is literally "covering" her base to prevent it from being tagged.

They have a lot of work to do before they make it to the pros, but they are having fun for now.
